Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Luxury Reels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the Luxury Reels mobile application and associated websites.

Luxury Reels is an AI-powered property video creation tool designed for real estate professionals. The service allows users to upload listing photos and generate short-form video reels for use on social media platforms. Features and availability may change over time.

You must create an account to use Luxury Reels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. One account per person; account sharing is not permitted except on Agency plan team seats.

You may use Luxury Reels only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: upload content you do not own or have the right to use; use the service to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent property representations; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any aspect of the platform; use automated tools to abuse the service; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

You retain all ownership rights to the listing photos, branding, and other content you upload, and you own the video reels Luxury Reels generates for you — use them commercially in your marketing without restriction. By using the service, you grant Luxury Reels a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your reels. Luxury Reels owns all intellectual property in the platform itself, including the AI models, software, templates, and brand.

Music tracks available in the Luxury Reels library are licensed for use in content posted to supported social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). This license does not extend to broadcast television, film, paid advertising, or other commercial uses beyond standard social media posting. Custom-uploaded music is your responsibility to license appropriately.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds and subscription disputes are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. Once reel credits have been used to generate a video, those credits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for unused portions of an active subscription.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and your data will be deleted within 7 days.

Luxury Reels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Reels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
