Privacy Policy
Effective: May 2026 · Applies to the Luxury Reels iOS and Android apps and luxuryreels.app.
The short version: We collect only what we need to run Luxury Reels. Your photos and videos are never used to train AI. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and everything in it any time from Settings.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use Luxury Reels: your name, phone number, email address, and brokerage information. We also collect content you upload, including listing photos and any branding assets, and we store the videos generated from that content. Standard usage data — device type, operating system version, and in-app events — is captured automatically to keep the product running well.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve Luxury Reels, generate your video reels, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train AI models. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Third-Party Services
Luxury Reels relies on a small set of vetted service providers to operate. Each is contractually bound to use your data only to deliver their service to us:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and secure storage of your account and content
- FAL.ai — AI video generation from your listing photos
- RevenueCat — subscription management and billing through the App Store and Google Play
- Twilio — SMS verification for account security
- Brandfetch — brokerage logo lookup to streamline branded reels
- RemoveBG — automated background removal for agent headshots and logos
Photo & Video Storage
Listing photos you upload are stored securely and used solely to generate your reels. Generated reels are retained in your account library until you delete them. You can remove individual photos or videos at any time from inside the app.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We review our security posture on an ongoing basis.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app: open Settings, choose Account, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, uploaded photos, generated videos, and brokerage information. You can also request access to or correction of your data by emailing privacy@luxuryreels.app, and we will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Luxury Reels is built for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us immediately at privacy@luxuryreels.app.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
